Couplers in scaffoldings are used to join two or more components.
Sleeve coupler (SF) is used two connect two tubes having the same axis. It is classified as a contact structural joint.
It is used to connect two tubes whose outer diameter is 48.3 mm in straight line, until the required length of the tube is achieved.
It is primarily used for tube and coupler scaffolds to extend e.g. rails, ledgers and transoms. It can be used with a centering pin which prevents crimping of the ends of the connected tubes.
