telka SA is an international company with its own capital. We sell scaffolding and formwork systems. The company was founded in 1999 by members of the Telka family who are now in the management board.
Over the years of its activity, the company has gained experience by operating on the local and international market. The company offers all popular scaffolding and formwork systems, as well as accessories made by Telka

The Telka company has been established more than 20 years ago. We began our business with our office located in a garage.
2001
We purchase our own scaffolding storage space.
2002
We begin our international business - trading equipment imported from the west.
2003
We develop our services with formwork systems.
2006
We invest in new reception and distribution channels - we begin internet sales.
2009
We transfer the company to an office-warehouse building at ul. Warszawska
2010
We import the first container with scaffolding and formwork accessories.
2014-2018
We purchase following storage areas within our headquarters.
2016
We transform into a joint-stock company.
2018
We purchase a production facility and develop our business with own production.
2019
We build a modern washing facility for scaffolding and formwork.

Innovation
We are up to date with industry novelties. We regularly participate in such events as the BUDMA fair in Poznan (where we also exhibit), the BAUMA in Munich and Shanghai, or the CTT in Moscow. We are a member of the Polish Chamber of Commerce for Scaffolding – our employees regularly take part in conferences held by the Chamber. Thanks to our constant pursuit of excellence, we are able to provide our customers with the highest quality and safety.

Vice president of the board
Radosław Telka possesses extensive experience in the construction industry, with which he is associated since the beginning of his professional career, that is since 1995. He worked in several construction companies in Poland and Germany.
Joanna Telka-Dudkowska
Vice President of the board
Joanna Telka-Dudkowska has been active in the scaffolding industry since 2004. Joanna Telka-Dudkowska has a university degree in economics, she obtained a master’s degree at the University of Economics in Poznań in 2007. Winner of the Fresh Academy competition for the best business plan. In the years 2011-2014 she served the role of the President of the Supervisory Board at Yureco Spółka Akcyjna.
Stefan Telka
President of the board
Stefan Telka has been working in the construction industry since 1975. He started his first business activity involving the provision of construction services in 1983. In 1992-2002 he ran his business on the German market. In the meantime, Stefan Telka established a civil partnership with Radosław Telka. The company’s activity consisted in renting and trading scaffolding.
