The 31-meter high structure is built entirely on the basis of modular scaffolding. The entire structure is a self-supporting structure not anchored to the object. About 140 tons of equipment were assembled here in total. The scaffold consisted of three independent structures: the external ring of the tower, the internal ring and the scaffolding inside of the torus structure.
